Hutch Construct was engaged to deliver a full reclad and interior work of this architecturally significant property - a major renovation aimed at future-proofing the home whilst enhancing its elegance and functionality.

Over time, the original cladding system had begun to show signs of weather tightness issues, a common challenge in homes of this era. Our team undertook a comprehensive recladding process, stripping the exterior back to the frame, addressing moisture concerns and rebuilding with durable, compliant materials that meet today’s highest building standards. The result is a future-proofed envelope, designed to stand the test of time and the elements.

Inside, parts of the home were revisited to create and extend living spaces carefully integrated while retaining the home's character and sense of place. Clean architectural lines are now beginning to emerge, revealing a home that is not only structurally sound but also visually stunning - a perfect blend of form and function.

Site lead Lewis expertly guided the team through the intricacies of the project, managing every detail from construction through to finish. His craftsmanship, commitment to quality and clear project leadership were instrumental in delivering a seamless build and the final product speaks for itself.
